The bánh cống was new to me, and I’m obsessed now. Crispy outside, soft inside, and perfect with the dipping sauce.

All the dishes were great, but that grilled pork skewer will live in my memory forever. Simple but so flavorful.

This tour was one of the best food experiences I’ve had in Vietnam. Our guide Tom took us through alleys I would have never found on my own. Each stop felt like a discovery, from sizzling nem nướng to the perfectly crispy bánh cống. I really appreciated learning how to wrap and roll like a local. It felt like a dinner party with new friends instead of a tour.

The tour moved at the perfect pace. Just enough walking to make room for more food. Loved every minute.

Learned so much about local ingredients and how to combine herbs properly. Never knew food could taste this balanced.

Everything we tried tasted amazing. Especially the pork skewers — smoky, sweet, and juicy. Highly recommend if you love real local food.

The guide Jimmy was super friendly and made the whole evening feel relaxed. He knew all the best street vendors and helped us order like locals. Definitely worth it.

The bò nướng lá lốt was incredible. Watching it grilled right in front of us and then learning to roll it with herbs and rice paper was the highlight of my trip. I could taste the smoky flavor in every bite.

I joined this food tour solo and ended up meeting a great group of people. The night market was lively, and the food variety was impressive. The shrimp cake was so crunchy, and the fresh herbs balanced everything perfectly. I left full and happy.

Such a great way to explore Can Tho at night. The streets were full of energy, and the smells of grilled meat everywhere made me so hungry.

Delicious food and friendly guide. I really liked that we could see how each dish was made, not just eat it.

If you want to eat like a local, this is the tour. The guide knew every hidden corner and explained how each dish connects to daily life in the Mekong. I appreciated how respectful and genuine the experience felt. The stop at the ancient market at the end was the perfect touch.

One of the most memorable food tours I’ve done. The local families running each stall were so welcoming and proud of their recipes. I felt like I got to see the heart of Can Tho through its flavors. Even after the tour, I couldn’t stop thinking about the smell of charcoal and lemongrass.
