How to Book Your Tour

Step 1: Find Your Tour

Start by browsing our available tours. Select an experience that suits your destination, interests, travel dates, and group size.

Each tour page provides information about the itinerary, duration, starting location, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and other booking conditions.

Review these details before proceeding, particularly if you are traveling with children or have specific accessibility or dietary requirements.

Step 2: Select Your Booking Details

For tours with online booking available, choose the required details on the product page. Depending on the tour, these may include:

• Preferred travel date and departure time
• Number of adults and children
• Group or private tour option
• Available payment option

The displayed total may change based on the number of travelers, booking type, and applicable fees.

If you cannot select your preferred option or need a customized itinerary, please contact our team for assistance.

Step 3: Submit Your Booking Request

When online booking is available, select Booking, complete the required fields, and add your reservation to the cart. Review your order details before proceeding to checkout.

Alternatively, use the Inquiry option or contact us directly to ask about availability or arrange a booking.

For bookings handled directly by our team, please provide your preferred tour, travel date, number of guests, and any special requests.

Submitting an inquiry or adding a tour to your cart does not, by itself, guarantee a confirmed reservation.

Step 4: Review Your Booking and Payment Details

Before making payment, check the following:

• Confirmed tour date and departure time
• Final number of travelers
• Total booking price and any additional charges
• Pickup or meeting location
• Included and excluded services
• Applicable payment and cancellation conditions

For tours requiring manual confirmation, our team will provide payment instructions once availability and booking details have been checked.

Step 5: Complete Payment and Receive Confirmation

Follow the payment instructions shown at checkout or provided by Mekong Smile.

Payment requirements may vary depending on the tour or service. Some bookings require full payment, while others may have deposit or installment arrangements.

Once payment has been received and the booking is confirmed, keep your booking details and payment record for reference.

If you have completed payment but have not received confirmation, please contact our team before making another transaction.

Payment Details

Online Payment via OnePay

For eligible bookings, you can pay online through the OnePay payment gateway or an authorized payment link provided by our team.

OnePay supports major international credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and UnionPay. Cards issued by banks outside Vietnam may also be used, provided they are enabled for international online payments and supported by the payment gateway.

Additional transaction or payment-processing fees may apply. Please review the final payable amount before completing your payment.

 

Bank Transfer or QR Code

Bank transfer and QR code payments are available only to customers with a bank account in Vietnam. Direct transfers from overseas bank accounts are not accepted.
