If you want to see the real Mekong Delta, this is the tour. No crowds, no rush — just calm water, green canals, and friendly locals. I especially enjoyed seeing how people live and work on the river every day.

We were lucky to have Tom as our guide. He explained everything clearly and shared many fun stories about life on the river. The visit to the rice noodle workshop was fascinating, and the “noodle pizza” was actually delicious!

Such a great morning on the Mekong! The floating market was smaller than I imagined but very real and local. Having breakfast on the boat while people passed by selling fruits and coffee was amazing. Loved the peaceful ride through the small canals afterward.

The tour and the tour guide was great. She answered all the questions and showed us a lot. In the pasta factory we were allowed to make pasta and taste many fruits in the orchard. Wor were on the floating market and were allowed to board single-heumische there as well.

Unfortunately, the river is pretty dirty. That was a pity and we didn’t expect it that way.

I took the tour together with a friend – it was just the two of us. The tour guide, Kyle, was very nice. She made sure we are always safe and accommodated all our needs. Aunt Eight, the woman who skipped the boat, was an inspiration!
