- Private group bookings are subject to a 20% surcharge on the total cost.
- The itinerary may be adjusted without prior notice due to weather, tide levels, or other operational factors.

Child regulations
- Free of charge for 01 kid under 5 years old. Parents are requested to pay the incurred costs themselves.
- Two adults can only accompany 01 child. The second child accompanying will be charged at the Child rate.
Cancellation policy
- Due to weather conditions, a full refund.
- Due to personal reasons from customers, no refund.
- The following charges will be levied on any cancellation if you cancel your trip at any time, provided you notify the company in writing:
- 30 days or more before the departure: 30% of deposit
- 15 – 30 days before the departure: 50% of deposit
- 8 – 15 days before the departure: 80% of the tour cost
- 1 – 07 days before the departure: 100% of the tour cost
- The tour cancellation time is on working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.

He gave us a lot of interesting information about the region, tradition and also about the Vietnamese history. We brought us in contact with the people on the floating market, the rice noodle factory and the cacao farm. I never saw so many different interesting places at one day. Thank you!

Our guide was Cris who made this trip fun and amazing. First we went to the market and had breakfast on the boat, followed by a boat ride through a small canal. We stopped off at a family run mini factory where they showed us how they made rice noodles. This was fun as we could participate in making the rice cakes and carrying them out to dry, then cutting them in a machine
