- Private group bookings are subject to a 20% surcharge on the total cost.
- The itinerary may be adjusted without prior notice due to weather, tide levels, or other operational factors.

Child regulations
- Free of charge for 01 kid under 5 years old. Parents are requested to pay the incurred costs themselves.
- Two adults can only accompany 01 child. The second child accompanying will be charged at the Child rate.
Cancellation policy
- Due to weather conditions, a full refund.
- Due to personal reasons from customers, no refund.
- The following charges will be levied on any cancellation if you cancel your trip at any time, provided you notify the company in writing:
- 30 days or more before the departure: 30% of deposit
- 15 – 30 days before the departure: 50% of deposit
- 8 – 15 days before the departure: 80% of the tour cost
- 1 – 07 days before the departure: 100% of the tour cost
- The tour cancellation time is on working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.

+We offer two departure times: 8:00 AM (morning tour) or 2:00 PM (afternoon tour). Pickup is from your Can Tho city center hotel.
Do I need cycling experience?
+No previous cycling experience required. The route follows quiet village roads with minimal traffic, and we provide a safety briefing before departure.
What type of bike is provided?
+We provide well-maintained standard bicycles suitable for the terrain. Helmets and safety equipment are included.
Is the tour suitable for children?
+Yes, children who can ride a bicycle independently are welcome. We can arrange smaller bikes for younger riders.
