- Private group bookings are subject to a 20% surcharge on the total cost.
- The itinerary may be adjusted without prior notice due to weather, tide levels, or other operational factors.

Child regulations
- Free of charge for 01 kid under 5 years old. Parents are requested to pay the incurred costs themselves.
- Two adults can only accompany 01 child. The second child accompanying will be charged at the Child rate.
Cancellation policy
- Due to weather conditions, a full refund.
- Due to personal reasons from customers, no refund.
- The following charges will be levied on any cancellation if you cancel your trip at any time, provided you notify the company in writing:
- 30 days or more before the departure: 30% of deposit
- 15 – 30 days before the departure: 50% of deposit
- 8 – 15 days before the departure: 80% of the tour cost
- 1 – 07 days before the departure: 100% of the tour cost
- The tour cancellation time is on working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.

Yesterday we went on a guided tour to the floating market in Kang Tu. We were guided by a guide named Zhan. She picked us up from the hotel and brought us back to the hotel 5 hours later. The tour was private in a small boat and we got a real sense of how the locals live alongside and inside the Mongo.
A very straight forward morning tour. My tour guide Thuy gave plenty of information about the markets and the Mekong Delta. A go at making rice noodles and insight into the process of making coconut candy. The trip was completed with "shaky noodles" which tasted great.

This tour was far better than I expected and offered incredible value for money. Jane was friendly, kind, informative and funny. She was extremely generous with her time and knowledge and went beyond the realms of the itinerary tour to offer advice on other things to do or how to get the best experience in Can Tho. We even felt confident enough to cross roads on our own after spending the morning with her. I cannot recommend this tour enough and if you are fortunate enough to get Jane as your tour guide then you are going to have a richer experience than the small amount of money you paid for it. Loved it.

Our guide Thuy was great! She was kind and knowledgeable. She explained all the interesting things about the market and Can Tho. We had a private boat that was much nicer than the others that were leaving with the different tours at the same time. We were taken on a very relaxing ride to the market and were offered to stop and buy what we wanted to eat and drink. Boat captain was amazing, moving the boat where we could have a nice view of the sunrise and take great pictures. We had THE MOST DELICIOUS vegetarian pho for breakfast and visited the local rice noodle makers. So good we can't wait to have it again tomorrow!!!
