Child regulations
- Free of charge for 01 kid under 5 years old. Parents are requested to pay the incurred costs themselves.
- Two adults can only accompany 01 child. The second child accompanying will be charged at the Child rate.
Cancellation policy
- Due to weather conditions, a full refund.
- Due to personal reasons from customers, no refund.
- The following charges will be levied on any cancellation if you cancel your trip at any time, provided you notify the company in writing:
- 30 days or more before the departure: 30% of deposit
- 15 – 30 days before the departure: 50% of deposit
- 8 – 15 days before the departure: 80% of the tour cost
- 1 – 07 days before the departure: 100% of the tour cost
- The tour cancellation time is on working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.

Is it an authentic experience?
+Yes. Ben Tre is less crowded than other areas. You'll visit small, family-run workshops and see the real local way of life.
What happens if it rains?
+The tour will still go on. Rain showers are common and usually pass quickly. Rain ponchos will be provided if needed.
What if I can't ride a bike?
+No problem! You can ride in a local tuk-tuk (called a "Xe Loi") instead. It's fun and relaxing.
When is the best time to go?
+Anytime is good! December - April: Best weather. June - August: Best for fresh fruit. September - November: The rivers are full and everything is very green.
What should I bring?
+Wear light, comfortable clothes and good walking shoes. Don't forget a hat, sunscreen, bug spray, and a little bit of cash for souvenirs.
